I also was ripped off by this company for $139.00. My bank has not taken care of the problem yet but I feel confident that they will. I never heard of this company and never authorized a deduction from my account.

My question to everyone else that was ripped off is... What do we all have in common? The company thought that my checks were under my name. My account is not. It is a business account with a business name. Do we use the same bank? Did we all apply for a credit card on line? Did we respond to surveys?

I would like to ask everyone if they could go over their e-mails that occured five days prior and maybe there is some kind of link! My bank says that they can't figure out who it is but have had several individuals with the same checks within the same period. If they can't figure this out these people are going to be allowed to make a career out of this pharmacy card.

Thanks hope to hear from someone better yet all of us.

EDitor's Comment:
EDitor's Comment: Last week, Rip-off Report did a mailing with a list of questions to all those victims of pharmacycards.com to see what all the complaints have in common. Rip-off Report is working with both the authorities and a National TV News Program for this investigation. Rip-off Report often surveys those victims, who file a Rip-off Report, and Report our findings to the authorities and to the Media, in an effort to warn consumers and get those involved prosecuted and victims reimbursed. If there is money to be had, and the company is not just a shell, we work with lawyers to sue for the victims. Those who file a Rip-off Report would be notified with the attorneys contact information if a lawsuit was being filed.
