Complaint Review: PharmaExpressRx - Intelebiz

I placed the order with PharmaexpressRx with payment charged to my credit card at the amount of US$240-. My order was place May 11, 2006 but they never deliver goods to me. I contacted them via e-mail after two weeks of my order. They said they were changing the mode of shipment and will deliver the goods one week later.

After another two weeks of waiting, I sent e-mail again without any response from them. I keep sending e-mail to this seller until this date of report September 19, 2006 without receiving any information from them. I contacted intelebiz.com that I believe is their parent company but nothing return from Intelebiz. I contacted ccavenue.com that is the credit card processing company.

They replied me but saying that they are not responsible for the seller's business. They are just processing payment transaction for the seller. The website of PharmaExpressRx is still accessible. That means many more buyers will be cheated from this company and no legal action can be taken against them.
