Complaint Review: Pharmavite LLC

I was threatened at work a number of times. I was there for about 10 years. It was so bad that the entire company had weekly classes on how to act because there were so many problems. That was 2006. 2007 I was getting very stressed out by the work load and had told my dr. that I thought someone had even put something in my drink at my desk more than once. I wouldn't leave anything out anymore. I also found someone picked their nose and put it on my head set. And, someone took a crap on the corporate women's room toilet seat on at least 2 different occasions. I was a wellness advisor/consumer affairs rep. I watched management give one guy in the department hours of ot while I worked he did nothing. We had extensive automated records of our work load. The manager got mad. Her father was this guy's friend. This guy used to be a lobbyist at capital hill with his wife he boasted at times. Why was he a consumer affairs rep at a vitamin company now in his 70's? He was mad and it seemed he was connected to a lot of the staff at this privately held company. I was allowed a lower amount of work load eventually but was very stressed out and Paul Bolar wanted to get the employees on the staff into my personal life. He even wrote it in my yearly review. That's way out of line for an acting manager. These people were strange to me so I did my work, (or more than what was expected of me should I say) was polite, kept to myself-I did have some friendly encounters from when I worked as the admin assistant to the pres. of sales, but otherwise worked/stressed out and went home to relax. Anyway, Paul roughed me up for those people on the staff he wanted me to be personal with and it got on my nerves, being arleady stressed out. I developed High Blood Pressure and my doctor ordered me to get HR to get me out of that department and on Worker's Comp. Jim Boyd called me and said (he's the hr guy) been friends with Paul for 20 years and nothing happened at work-so he felt he had to threaten me too! Then he said he's send the WC docs to me so I can file but he called Liberty and told them to close the case without my filing. That's what kind of connection they have there. Solmaz Robinson rushed me off the phone and send me a denial letter from Liberty dated 10 days after the date of injury. I never filed the DWC-01 or is it DCW-01 for with any doctor's records/evidence of work load/stress at work. So, she closed a file that was never even opened legally! Then, it went on and on. They have connections to a lot of attorneys. Paul was the legal department head for years-but not an attorney. They are horrific dishonest and dangerous people. They even had attorneys lie/paid off a QME, the new adjuster lied and bullied me for them, that was Heidi Roberts, and Ken Keoppel their attorney told me they didn't want Jim Boyd's premium to go up so wouldn't pay what I should get for compensation. That's probably one of the reasons besides clearly wanting to abuse me for their not letting me actually file a claim. That is a felony!!! It's on the DA's site.  ADJ755705-at van nuys, CA court are my notes for filing a request to reopen the case that was denied by the 3rd judge after 2 others were pushing to open it- she, Judge Brown was clearly affiliated personally with this crown and how she got her name for the file was strange-I even complained to judge morgan but she didn't reply-they are all very favor oriented I studied their behavior and didn't care about the evidence. The I & A Lilly was my second, I had Bob but he was cocky towards me-see? They aren't professional it's like they helped each other get these jobs so they can have a system for when they want a pay off. Lilly said my MSC evidence I spent hours on and submitted was destroyed. That's how sick they are! No one monitors their behavior. The attorney Ken had an attorney Jeff Solomon-I wonder he was related to the Solomon who works at Pharmavite and there was a Bernal in their office (Owens in Long Beach-who are very friendly with the Mendoza's group and Judge Quill in Long Beach) who I wondered if she was related to the Bernal (Elenita) that worked and didn't care much for me for this crown at Pharmavite. So, this is why I have listed this report. I lost thousands of medical attention and compensation. Lilly and Jeff also stated in front of me they don't like dealing with liens. Like what's the problem? They don't know math? They ripped of EDD over $20,000 on my case alone! How many cases like this and hundreds of thousands are not getting paid to EDD? Are all the adjusters getting bonuses for closing cases like this? and the QME sent me my psych report - twisted all kind of things - included a bill that was for nearly $4000 when added up but he included $750 in the sum for himself a tip I guess. Not one person at Liberty thanked me when I brought that up. So, I guess he got that for roughing me up for them and stating I have red blotches on my face and chest when I didn't even have one type of red or blotch!!! Okay! They are very organized because the leaders that I had to go to for help were very not interested in the truth or dealing with them or my case in a professional manner at all! Even the BBB rushed to submit my claim to liberty before reviewing it like I requested. If we all are going to avoid doing what we are hired to do then what is going to go one? Chaos! That's what. Let's stop them-Jim Boyd I was told from other employees has been doing this for years. It's time he gets locked up for a while and Liberty pays me up and EDD, liens, like I requested and fines! Besides these other characters getting what they should.
