Complaint Review: PHARMAZONE FULFILLMENT

I ordered an enhancement product (longer lasting) from Pharmazone Fulfillment co. approx. 4-5 mos. ago. At that time, they sent a package which I didnt open for 2-3 mos. Originally, a customer svc. rep. told me (on a recorded tel. conversation) that I would not receive any additional packages (or billing) unless I requested it. In addition, I sent back 1 package within 2 weeks with a confirmation no., and they said they never received it and would not give me a credit. Their employees were rude and unprofessional.
