My initial call was for the FREE trial pack of Viapren strips.The salesman tried to sell me videos and a recurring pack of the strips which I declined.he said the only way to decline was to call the service department after reciving my trail pack.I recieved the trail package5 days later and made numerous attempts to call the service dept.It rang busy or i got the voicemail of pharmazone labs.

After calling the original order phone # I was told they had trouble with their serv dept phones.After one month of calling that serv dept # still has had no answer at all.I did call the co # which was listed on my cap one bill and was told that I only had 10 days in which to cancell the remaining orders.I told them you cant cancell if the phones didint work.She was very rude and said basically "too bad".I recieved a second order which was sent back by writing on it "return to sender".

I called back today and the lady said I should have sent it back registered cause they havent recieved it yet and may not for 30 days in which time I will be billed for it anyway.This is all a phone scam and I havent even tried the product but I doubt seriously if it even works.My fault for being suckered in in the first place but I shouldnt have to pay for something I dont even have.Please do not deal with this Co(pharmazone labs) for any reason.
