On Thursday June 28th around 6:30pm I heard a radio ad on a Dallas TX radio station that was for a sexual enhancement product called Viapren. I called the toll free number(which is different from the customer service number I listed above) Unfortunately it is no longer in my cell phone and I will not have that number until the cell bill comes. The sales girl offered me my free sample The catch was that you had to pay shipping fees of 9.95. I agreed and gave my credit card info. I was told that once I received the product I would have 10 days to call and cancel or they would auto-ship more of the product and bill my account. She said to call the customer service number that is on the receipt.

I have been trying to call the above number for 2 days. It is never answered. I decided to go online and check my account. Today a pending charge is being made for 49.90 (the sales girl said it would be for 39.99..but with shipping that makes it around 50.00) It hasn't been 10 days yet, and no one answers the phone. I have cancelled my card with my bank and will dispute the charges with them. Also, the product also does not work as stated. I have also filed a complaint with the Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division of the State of Arizona. http://www.azag.gov I encourage others to do the same.
