I ordered a trial of Viapren over the phone on 08/22/2007. It arrived on 08/28/2007. I never tried it and never placed another order.

On 08/31/2007, Pharmazone charged my VISA account for an order of Viapren at the cost of $48.73.

The order arrived on 09/05/2007. I sent it back the SAME day.

As of 09/23/2007, I have also called Pharmazone 12 times. I have only talked with a live person on 4 occasions. 2 times I was disconnected. The other 2 times, I was told that the "supervisor" was in a meeting.

I have filed a complaint with VISA.

I have registered a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's Office. Today (09/23/2007), I will be notifying the AZ Attorney General's Office.

The company that sells ENZYTE did the same thing and is under indictment.

We need a lawyer for a CLASS-ACTION SUIT.
