Phase 4 Orthotics / MWI Essentials ripoff business fraud Omaha Nebraska
In Nov. 2002, my wife ordered the Phase 4 Orthotic Insoles that are advertised on TV. They quoted her one price and told her that if she ordered a 2nd pair they would be half price. They told her that her order w/ shipping would be $35.00
By Christmas we had still not received anything. On Dec. 26 we found that they had posted a $48.00 charge to our account.I tried to call them at the # posted on the infomercial, but was told that they only took orders at that number but they would have a supervisor contact me.
This never happened. Then, I was going over my account on Jan.6th 2003 and found a $96.00 debt. charged to my account by MWI Essentials. I asked my wife and she knew nothing about it.
These people shared my acct. info. and ripped me off for $142 total. I still have not seen any merchandise and it cost me 2 hrs work time to report this fraud to my bank. If this happens to you, contact your State Attourney Generals office!!!
