****DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM**** I placed a order that was $1,399 after their 10% discount on December 21, 2017. From then until the January 1, 2017, they just say on my order and did nothing! So I called them on January 2, 2017 to cancel my order. They then told me that the only way to cancel an order is through their email. So soon as I got off the phone, I sent them a cancellation email at 11:36 am. When it got to 8 pm, they never emailed me back to confirm my order cancellation. So I emailed them confirmed that they received my previous email and they still didn't email me back. The next day I called them and spoke of this issue. They told me that they did reply to my email (which they didn't) and only process returns on Sunday! Which is when they're closed and also all banks are closed. Now it's January 12th and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY $1,399 RETURN!!!!! It's three weeks since I've ordered and a week plus since I've canceled my order! Also, my account on their website hasn't changed also. It still says order received!!! Being a prior Store Manager and current Active Duty Army, I HIGHLY SUGGEST THAT YOU NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE RIPOFFS/UNPROFESSIONAL "SALESMAN"!
