Complaint Review: PhatCampus

I placed an order for a textbook with them on the last week of August 06. They immediately charged my credit card and sent me an email confirming the transaction.
Its been 1 week I havent heard anything from them after that. The only way to contact them is the website form, and nobody even looks at it I bet, coz I've sent them a number of emails asking about my order and no-one has bothered to reply. There is no phone number to call and no tracking information to see the order.

I think the whole thing is a big scam!

I will never do any business with Phatcampus.com and will try to make sure everyone I know, knows about them.
