After signing one model release form for one particular shoots I also had other photo shoots that were for my personal use, in which the ceo Ayisha Wilson and the Photoghraper Sam Opara released on their website without my knowledge and consent.
I made attempts such as sending an email, leaving voice messages so i can set up a meeting where i'll notify them(company) about my removal from their website. I received no response on all my attempts. To my understanding everyone must sign a model release form for every time you take a photo shoot, and again i signed one form for one shoot.
I'm now being exploited on this website with pictures that were suppose to be confidential and personal. This is bad business. No one deserves the right to be violated.

I did a TFCD with this company and created a model name so I could hide my real identiy. They did not tell me the real name of their compant and said the pictures would be used for his portfoilio. Then I took an offer to fly to Detroit where I did a two day shoot. I was assured that any nudity would would be covered. Months later I started seeing the pictures on pornography sites. I contacted the photographer I worked with I asked for removal because it was causing issues within my place of work and it was also not what we agreed upon. Since then I have noticed the pictures all over the place and the company using my real name. I have sent the photographer text messages but only recieve a "Please stop sending me these unwanted messages" response.
I did not give them autority to use my government name. There was a hand written note I added to the contract saying that any images showing nipplies or other private areas were to be edited. I have asked for them to send me a copy of the contract and have yet to get anything. I have emailed them and asked for them to take the website down since the pictures are almost over 4 years old. I have asked them to change my name so it is not linked with who I really am. The only response I get is an invite to do another shoot. Sure they have a videographer recording you having the time of your life but everyone knows that things can be completly different behind the scenes. All I want is for the old out dated photos to be removed so I may continue living my life and no longer be ashamed of my bad choices in the past.

It's really disheartening how girls will resort to anything to make people look bad. Aminata came to us looking for modeling exposure. Aminata knows fully well what we do. Aminata attended 4 photoshoots and we have video of her having the time of her life.
In our agreement that is clearly shown on the websitesite, it says we have the right to use your images in exchange for a free PORTFOLIO. Our website has been going strong for 2 yrs now. In the ABOUT US page, it clearly states who we are and what we do. It also clearly says that we are not an agency. We only do model referrals. Here is the link to the page

Aminata knew long before this what our company is all about. Aminata just had ulterior motives of sleeping with the photographer and when that plan did not work out, now she is feeling stupid. She came to not 1, not 2, not 3 but 4 photoshoots. She claims her last shoots were for her personal use. Our shoots cost between $250-400 for models who do not want the TFP deal (as in, they just want to take pictures for their personal use and have no interest on being on the site) Our TFCD (Free photo shoots) clearly states that In exchange for cheaper or sometimes Totally FREE pictures, we reserve the rights to use the pictures for advertisement and commercial purposes In other words you get shot for 3 hours of my time, with make up, wardrobe, etc for free, and you go home with your CD of all your images. Try going to GLAMOUR SHOTS or somewhere else to price such a package.

Ask Aminata Turay how much she paid for these shoots which included MAC make up, wardrobe, transportation, accessories, our time, and ALL her pictures given to her on a CD Rom. Don't forget some of the shoots were done in a exotic car showroom in town so she was posing with the million dollar BENTLEYS and FERRARIS. So how much did she pay? First shoot ZILCH. The rest of the shoots? ZILCH, ZERO. Not a dime. So I am guessing she thinks we are dumb to spend all that money on her and not use the images.

She has now resorted to trying to drag our name in the mud but we feel the public should know the truth about this fake model.

Even more interesting is that Aminata has built a website to advertise her braiding skills (she braids her) and is using images of me and some models on the site to promote herself and her business. Ironic isn't it? I guess she is too cheap to actually pay for some headshots to be taken. She simply found a way to make us show her some headshots of some of the models on the site and BAM!!!. Those headshots have ended up on her website and she is getting business with it. Again how much did she pay for those headshots? ZILCH.
Now you see what Aminata is really about. Don't let that fake cry fool you. She is nothing short of a manipulating young lady who thinks she can outfox everybody. I guess reality has came crashing down on her
My advice to models like Amina is; you don't get to the top by trying to sleep with the photographer. It just doesn't work like that. And finally don't try talking bad about people just because things don't go your way. If the photographer refuses to sleep with you, let it be. Don't start making baseless allegations about being exploited and violated
