I'm glad that this wonderful website allowed me to let the world know about a true con artist,David Delsanto / PHD Construction in Warwick,R.I. is. If this message does nothing else I hope it helps whoever is reading it from getting ripped off from a dirty con man. If you hire this man you WILL be ripped off. He can rebutt all he likes, he is still a fraud and he knows it. Buyers beware, PHD Construction/ David Delsanto will take your last dollar. If you lose just one customer over this, my message has done its job.

Let me start buy saying that this statement is un-true and false. PHD Construction is a professional Construction company. PHD Construction will not lower its standards nor its integrity to go back and forth with such a person. At any time if one of my customers wants to contact any of my references they may. I do provide a list and I also encourage them to do so. With the persons permission I may use any one I have done work for as a reference

PHD Construction

Phd construction/David Delsanto ripped me off thousands. He lied and stole from my property. Im not the only one as he is currently being sued. He is also a drug addict and a drunk. He shows up late, has his cronies mess everything up and then takes money. The work performed is horrible and overpriced. He is very believable when selling his jobs by using a congressman as a reference, but the congressmen knows nothing of him.
