The phenix city police has always been verbally abusive toward me and my mom. & not fair.  But this one officer screaming to the top of his lungs hurting my eardrums was totally uncalled for while we were trying to explain our side of the story.  We asked him not to do that but he said he can do whatever  I want. Not in our house.

  Then he walks out without hearing our side of the story. It's just getting worse here in phenix city.  Because they got away with sided with our neighbors ashley and chaz hawthorne even though they were harassing us. But then told us my mom couldn't sue them & why we have problems with our neighbors. 

 A total injustice.

Ken davis defends the criminals arrest white people & charge them with murder. When black people attack white people. Yet calling someone retarded isn't a hate crime. But whites using the N-word is. We were harassed by ashley and chaz Hawthorne and my black neighbors and this other married couple who was in cahoots with ashley and chaz to conspire against us.

  The police did nothing to put a stop to it but only make things worse for us.  Ken Davis is the reason for why the crime is high in phenix city and the police. When you don't do anything and side with certain criminals it will get out of control.

We have been harassed by most of ashley and chaz hawthornes renters. This last one takes the cake when they are being friends with everybody even with the police, to get away with harassing us. She is friends with a female cop who rode by our house when we were cutting our breaks then stopped right in front of our house.

 Then the next week the female rode by again in a cop car then stopping in front of our house across the street honking the horn. Then the female cop was hugging and laughing with ashley hawthornes renters and their renters have been trying to harass us even more! There is always something going on since they dropped the charges.

And ashley hawthorne has been trying to get them reinstated by coming around us than having her family move in to harass us is a psycho along with this female who is living in their house now trying to be corrupt and being friends with the police so they won't get in trouble harassing us.

This presumption shall not apply if the person against whom defensive force was used has a right to be in or is a lawful resident or owner of the dwelling, vehicle, business, place of employment or the immediate premises thereof or is the lawful resident or owner of the dwelling, vehicle, business, place of employment or the immediate premises thereof or if the person who uses defensive force is engaged in unlawful activity or if the person is a law enforcement officer engaged in the performance of his official duties; (4) A person who is NOT the initial aggressor and is NOT engaged in unlawful activity shall have NO duty to retreat before using deadly force under subsection (1) (e) or (f) of this section if the person is in a place where the person has a right to be, and no finder of fact shall be permitted to consider the person's failure to retreat as evidence that the person's use of force was unnecessary, excessive or unreasonable.

Prenatal damage: Some evidence suggests that a disruption of early fetal brain development or trauma that occurs at the time of birth -- for example, loss of oxygen to the brain -- may be a factor in the development of certain conditions, such as autism spectrum disorder. Substance abuse : Long-term substance abuse, in particular, has been linked to anxiety, depression, and paranoia. Other factors: Poor nutrition and exposure to toxins, such as lead, may play a role in the development of mental illnesses.

The assault was because of ashley and chaz hawthornes lies. They have been very angry at me for a long time prior to the assault on 05/28/2018 and I never did anything to them. They aren't going to try and get some type of justice for the lies that ashley and chaz hawthorne said.

But you don't assault people who haven't done anything to you!

But the DA office made us agree not to sue her for damages. So, therefore, it gives ashley hawthorne permission to still harass us and slander us like did she at wells fargo lying saying we were harassing her! Ashley hawthorne thinks she owns us but she doesn't. Nobody owns us and we will continue to fight for our rights!  And everybody else want to harass me and assault me.

What the outrage is that I am never done anything to them ever! They had no right to follow us in traffic and instigate anything with me. I have a right to hate and be angered for what they did to me. Nobody has a right to assault you if you haven't done anything to them.

Black people have no right to instigate anything with you. Then try to get you in trouble. But I was smart I recorded it but I am still angry.

Two years ago some black people "harrassed" you and now you are once again playing the victim. SO you have a recording and police want to "jump on us" you mean you and your worthless mother?? Try again Charles. You always play the race card without an ounce of proof to back it up and forget about saying you deserve respect and etc etc. PLEASE go away - your reports are just a joke like you and your Mother.
