Because MD law is vague regarding commercial rentals, these people have no integrity. The property is filthy 50-90% of the time. They only are aggressive if tenants are late paying. They charge all tenants dufferent prices. Just pop in on a sunday or Saturday evening. Its ridiculous. Its a shame that black business owners do this to black renants. No remorse. They're ruthless. I can't say I'm shocked. I just want to warn anyone who intends to rent from one of their franchises. Horrible business practices. The most upsetting thing about it is THEY DON'T CARE!
