ok...this is a beaut! they convince you there is no harm in trying, 15 days you have to cancel, but if you try to contact them befoe the 15 days it is virtually impossible ...and before the product arrives they call you to "Verify" you ordered it, and of course you say yes you did but i don't have it yet, they reassure you it will be there momentarily...and then when you can't get them to answer you and call your bank to cancel payment, they are told that you verified the order, so you can't get back the 80.00.
thiswoman latoyia is mostly the one on live chat and I caught her in some interesting lies, i'll share first it asks you to say weather or not your a new customer or a returning one...if your new they answer right away, if your returning they won't speak with you until they see the status of your membership...she out right tld me that i have to order my trial BEFORE a doctor is talked with, that after i did so then they would call the doctor and then in a few sentences later stated we will not speak with your doctor but they could call the hotline. I am call out all the dogs on this one....they are claiming to me an on-line pharmacy, but have absolutely no medical knowlege. I can't wait to see the on the 6 o'clock news.
