Complaint Review: Phi Telecom

I bought a calling card for 5 dollars. i tried vto make an international call, it didn't go through. when i tried to make in the evening it said i had only 88 cents remaing. called the costomer service. i was on hold for 1hr 30min. when they came through, they are rude and said to check back within 30min. when i checked back, they have refuded only 2 dollars. called back, waited 45 minutes and they hang on me. i tried to use that card the next morning, i had only 33 cent remaing. tried to contact them the hang on me 3 times, beside being on line for 1 hour waiting. this is the not the first time it has happened. most people are afraid to report them because they are foreigners.
