I PURCHASED A CAR FROM PHIL BACHMAN TOYOTA OF JOHNSON CITY.
WHEN I GOT THE CAR HOME THERE WAS DAMAGE ON THE FRONT BUMPER. 
I TRIED TO CONTACT PHIL BACHMAN BY EMAIL AND THEY WOULD NOT RETURN MY CORRESPONDENCE.
WHEN I WENT INTO THE DEALERSHIP THEY WERE VERBALLY ABUSIVE AND CONFRONTATIONAL. 
IN RETROSPECT THEY TOOK FULL ADVANTAGE OF MY BUSY SCHEDULE TO SELL ME A CAR THAT WAS DAMAGED AND THEN BECAME QUITE ABUSIVE WHEN I APPROACHED THEM ABOUT THE PROBLEM.
