As far as I am aware there is only one animal shelter in Gibraltar which is owned and run by the local RSPCA so what is this nonsense that has been written? I personally know the owner of the RSPCA and it isnt Philip Cottrell.

WHoever wrote this article must either be derranged or have no brain. There are no anim al shelters in Gibraltar unless there is another Gibraltar in the world that exists that I am unaware of!! How is it that people can write such rubbish!!. I know Philip Cottrell and he works fro Diageo in Madrid and has nothing to do with animal sheletrs in either Gibraltar, London or Timbuctoo!!!
