Purchased "New Unopened Software" Paid in full $119.51. Never received software Phil refused to answer phone calls or e-mails. Come to find out they have a record a mile long.

It's apparent they are changing a Texas base cell phone number and they originate from New York. Also possible Claude may have relatives that own the current base of operation. I have filed with the Florida Consumer Services, Better Business Bureau and plan to file with the Florida States Attorneyss's Office for fraud. I may not get my money but it would be worth see these two behind bars....
If anyone has any useful information about these two or have been ripped of by them please feel free to drop me a email. When filing with the state "the more complaints the better" Hope they enjoy their vacation in the Sunshine State Penitentiary!

We have been ripped off by Phil Parana for $1800. We ordered a computer from him, sent the money order, he cashed it, and never sent the computer. We have his finger print from the back of the check, his signature on the check, all email correspondences, phone messages to and from him recorded, and a file of his movement from San Diego to Houston to Florida. His family lives in Buffalo NY and we have their address and phone numbers. If anyone files against him, we will join in. pstroth@cox.net
