Paid for mobile phones 4months ago to Philip Anderson. After 2 weeks of them not being delivered I questioned and was told his "business partner" was sending them as she had the stock in hand. After another week I asked for a refund in which he told me the reason the stock was not delivered was because they ran out of physical stock and were waiting for the Apple rep to give them more stock which made me laugh.

Every two days I would ask where the refund was and it would take 1-2weeks to get a reply and the excuses started coming. He said he cannot do the refund even though i sent the money to him he then sent it to his business partner apparently so she had to do the refund for records.

Another week past so I contacted my bank who contacted Lloyds Bank in UK who sent the account holder a letter stating i had filed a report. They ignored it and Llyods could not help which i thought was rediculous.

In short the next 2 months were full of lies which i have all emails to backup and skype chats which are legally binding.

The last excuse was that his partner said she had sent the money which i quickly confirmed and proved she had not sent it. He said he was meeting her and would get her to do the transfer there and then. The next day he said she did the transfer he heard it on the phone beside her but could not give any reference number for proof.

I have not heard from him since.

I have started to contact the fraud squad in the UK so I hope Philip Anderson reads this and does the right thing.
