My name is Scott Smith. I am from NYC and now live in North Miami. My mother, Jo Ann Smith and I were recently defrauded by Philip Capolongo for $20K in December of 2019. He has left my mother penniless into the coronviurs and on Easter today.
Philip has been running a Ponzi Scheme for 22 years. He was convitcted of larceny in 1998 and has been financially mualing people ever since. Philip Capolongo has defrauded people for over $22 Million in the past 20 plus years. There are 7 judgements against him in the Supreme Court alone.
There are multiple complaits about Philip Capolongo on Ripoff Report already. I don't speak in conjecture. I speak in facts. I have hundreds of emails and texs between Philip and myself. Philip's main strategy is tell people he needs a quick $15K to $20K for closing costs on equity transactions. And also to close a massive currency swap positon of his in the Iraqi currreny, the Dinar. Then he'll tell you the bridge loan is backed up by his family trust (which he doesn't have) and he'll offer you a huge position for the currecny swap and equity transaction, both of which he doesn't have either.
