I placed my order on 9/25-02 10 items from marlboro book
5,575 miles, + $24.50 ups shiping to them + $22.00 check for there s/h charce.. then i was moving to new home, apx 10/2/02 I called customer service to have everything shiped to my mothers home.

OK. I receved a letter at my mothers that i ordered too many western rim sweatshierts... receved 650 miles back OCT 6TH 2002..

The rest of my order was being processed..I HAVE LETTER.
OCT 22 2002 i recever a change of address comfermation and order would ship next 14-16 weeks everything ok..should have everything in time for x-mas ,as most of it was gifts for family.. ALSO HAVE LETTER..
THEN NOV 21-2002 I RECEVED A LETTER AT MOTHERS HOME
I QUOTE (Recently,we sent you a letter regarding your marlboro order.you have not responded to this letter advising you that your order could not be processed..forty-five days have passed sence we notified you of thisorder discrepancy. therefore we must concel your order)...END QUOTE ALSO HAVE LETTER..MADE MANY PHONE CALLS WITH NO GITTIN MY ORDER IM OUT $24.50 UPS SHIPING TO THEM..THAY CASHED MY S/H CHECK ON
10/01/02 This was second time ive had trouble with orders I've had to fax copys of my id and ss# to get last order 1/19/01.

NOW thay wont take my miles that i have from above order + more ive saved sence, IVE BEEN RIPED-OFF
