Editor’s Comment: 05/30/2018 -.  Ripoff Report believes in transparency and the more information the better.  In this instance, there has been court action regarding this subject Report.  We believe it important to note that not all Court Orders are alike.  Many court orders are absolutely legitimate and we make no representations about this court order situation However, we want our users to be aware that sometimes courts enter orders based upon default which typically means that the defendant didn’t show up.  Sometimes a defendant won’t show up because they didn’t even get notice of the case proceedings in the first place and other times defendants may not show up because they don’t necessarily have the knowledge and/or the financial resources to fight.  Still, in other instances, a defendant may simply appear only to stipulate (settle) the case by agreeing to stipulate to a court order because they are being bullied by the plaintiff and whether what they said was true or not, they just want the matter to go away so they can move on with life and make the plaintiff go away.  Again, we make no representations about this particular court order situation.  We are simply providing you with additional information so that you may be more informed and, coupled with any additional research you feel is necessary, may make your own informed decision regarding the validity of this Report.  As always, we encourage our readers to do their homework and not just rely on one single source for information.  Google, through the Lumen Database, has provided the following document relating to this subject Report:

I do not know much about wealth management, but Philippe Alain Rousseaux who is CEO of Everest Wealth Management does not look like a guy I would trust with my money. Philippe Alain Rousseaux is seen at LIV in Miami weekly spending thousands of dollars, and dating strippers and gambling in the World Series of Poker. I do not think anything is wrong with this, but personally I want my wealth manager to have a wife and kids and on Saturday's be at little league or soccer practice, not a pool party at the fontainebleau hotel in Miami or Las Vegas with a couple thousand dollar tab. When the girls run out or look for more money - it would be hard to keep your hand out of the cookie jar in my opinion when you get use to that life. It looks like another American Greed story in my opinion. The fact that his website, the clients have to "request access" and cannot see online right away, to me, throws up some red flags. Rumor around town is he put all his clients money in facebook stock and that is down, so he can't be giving anyone returns. So, not sure how he can still afford his 5k table every week at LIV nightclub. Do not invest with someone because they have an advertisement on TV. Remember these people are actors and the people that run companies like this are out every weekend more worried about what piece of a** to bang or bottle to pop, then your retirement. Due your do diligence.

Why are you being investigated by the state of Maryland then?

#3General Comment

Mr. Frosh, your attorney general in Maryland, recently launched an investigation into your company SPECIFICALLY in an attempt to shut you down. If you're so highly rated, and are so high in the firmament, why is this happening? Its my understanding that you're purporting to be "Wealth Managers" (a term I absolutely LOVE, if for no other reason then its sheer ambiguity), yet you hold ZERO securities licenses (NONE of your "advisors" do), you're not registered with ANY broker dealer, and, you yourself, Mr. Rousseaux, have been BARRED for life from ANY firm in the securities industry, and goodness, you surely did hop around during your period of registration. This according to Brokercheck. You know, FINRA? Please tell me which of these facts is incorrect.

Full of False Information and Claims

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

Tue, July 24, 2012

This "report" is full of false information from someone who is
obviously miss-informed and/or a competitor who is simply jealous of a
successful business organization such as this.  The author claims in their
first sentence to "not know much about wealth management, well that is
certainly true and comes through crystal clear on this supposed
complaint.

The author makes the statement "rumor has is all his clients are in
facebook stock".  This is a blatant flat out lie.  Not one client of the firm has ever owned a single share of this stock as of the writing of this rebuttal.   Our clients hold a mix of bonds, equities, and alternative investments such as fixed annuities, commodities, or currency
trading.  Our firm focuses on preservation of capital and income generating investments, not growth or speculation, so owning Facebook is almost laughable.

The author further makes a statement that "The fact that his website, the
clients have to 'request access' and cannot see online right away, to me,
throws up some red flags"  Again, if this author was a REAL client of our firm, they would know that we use various third party custodians (for example institutions such as Schwab, American Funds, etc.) to hold clients assets.  Additionally, they would know that we dont have direct access to withdraw clients funds since we dont maintain custody or hold them, these parties do.  This provides protection to our clients from fraud like a Bernie Madoff situation, or as the author likes to put it, an American Greed episode.  Since there are multiple parties used for different client needs (we dont put everyone at one place) we dont list all the third party custodians directly on our site, the clients need to email us so we can set them up directly with the various custodians(s).  This again demonstrates the authors lack of knowledge of our business model, client model, or individual owners of the firm.

Third, the author makes the statement the "buyer should do their due diligence" and we couldnt agree more.  Feel free to visit the Securities and
Exchange Website at http://www.adviserinfo.sec.gov/IAPD/Content/Search/iapd_Search.aspx and look up Everest Wealth Management and you will see a completely clean record and that they in fact DO NOT CUSTODY client assets, which makes it impossible for clients funds to be comingled or used for personal employee or owner purposes.  Also, we would encourage clients to go to the Better Business Bureau for Everest Wealth Management at http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&ved=0CFYQFjAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.bbb.org%2Fgreater-maryland%2Fbusiness-reviews%2Ffinancial-services%2Feverest-wealth-management-in-towson-md-90002541&ei=9iIPULeBNePn0QGXnwE&usg=AFQjCNHUYk6i_BzbaFYLD4TL8EN16PFrCA&sig2=08-DtUlcyk8idg9RA3RRkA.

As one can see, they have an A+ Rating for the last 6 years.  Furthermore, the advisor in question has been a member of the Top of the Table of the MDRT http://www.mdrt.org/ ; mission statement clearly is to be a valued, member-driven, international network of leading insurance and investment financial services professionals/advisors who serve their clients by exemplary performance and the highest standards of ethics, knowledge, service and productivity.

Finally, the author makes claims that a picture while on a vacation with his
long term girlfriend (who they deemed as a stripper) in Vegas implied that
because one of the owners enjoys playing the World Series of Poker and going to various nightlife events in Miami that he somehow is not an honest advisor.  Again, this couldnt be further from the truth.  This post
is obviously full of envy and false information and we encourage people to know the facts, not the false allegations contained in this report.
