I meet Mr. Philips Anderson in January 2014 on the dating site call date hookup. As soon as we meet he requested that we go to chat on yahoo im. We did. As we chatted he began to profess love for me. He said he wanted to marry me. He has a so Kelvin who is 7 years old. Who he said needs a mommy. With all this love he was going on a business trip to Benin. He said he was a geologist that used to work for Shell Oil. He said he'd been studying to take this test for the past 7 months. He went to Benin. He took the test. All went well. He said he did not bring cash because he thought that he could use credit cards.

His son was bored while at the meetings so he wanted a play station 3. So Philips asked me to send money. Oh and his son was getting a cold too so extra money for medicine $500.00 should do it. I sent him this money to a lady named Jody Long in IN USA. I sent it to her because when I tried to send money to the names of 'hotel manager' the western union system had their names flagged . So a total of $657.98 was sent via western union. He continued to progress love and marriage to me he won the bid and test.

He then said he would need $6700 to get the winners prize of 3.8 million dollars. I said I would only send it in his name. I sent the money in his name on 1/23/14. He received a total of $7178.00 plus 657.98 which totals $7835.98 US dollars. He did contact me back for more money while I was wring this scam report. I told him to cash his winning check to get the ship of oil. I told him not to be greedy, just come home to me if he really loves me. I don't expect it. I pray you find this man and collect my money back and put him in jail.
