Philips Electronics does not stand behind their product Arlington Texas
My Philips DVD player and remote never worked properly. I procrastinated returning the product to the store. The store clerk informed me I would have to contact the vendor. I emailed Philips Support with my problem, and received a generated email letting me know someone would contact me within 48 hours. I never heard anything. I do not have time to hassle with this. I am trashing this product and will never buy anything made by Philips electronics again. If a company emails you that they will contact you within a certain amount of time, they should stand by their policy.
