Just purchased Philips Electronics Multimedia Speakers on 04/29/07 at Frys. Faceplate to the speaker system is broken. Frys no longer sells my model according to them and would be able to return my product. I have called Philips only to speak to customer service reps that argue and be no help at all. I was once in one phone call that "I was stuck with them." Which their is nothing wrong with them just want a good looking faceplate. Said I could spend money to send them the speakers and they would look at them. They would not even listen to my problem. Seems like philips has a department for everything and the customer service reps are just as stupid in each department where they will not listen to the customer concerns. These are under warranty and should be replaced at their expense not mine. I will never own a piece of Philips equipment ever again. If one breaks or goes bad i have to pay to have it fixed via their warranty program. Their warranty program on all their things is a scam. I would stay away from Philips if they can not replace a faceplate what are they going to do when they have to fix or replace a tv or radio?
