Phillip Marc Boland Court Ordered Child Support not being Paid dead beat only cares about himself Dad Gray Louisiana
I have 2 daughters ages 11 and 13 and he is Thousands and thousands of dollars behind on court ordered child support in the state of illinois.
This dead beat father has been working under the table for cash money or hasn;t kept a job long enough to have a garnishment on his checks so he don;t have to support his girls.
He has now moved to Louisana to avoid paying his child support owed to my children and is now working for a barge line company.
He has also not filed his income tax this year because he didn;t want my girls getting the money that is owed to him.

I was married to Phil prior to him having any kids! He was the same way with me! Never worked a day in his life! But had constand run ins with the law where ever we lived! Stole our rent money every month to pay for drugs and booze! He worked for drug cops in oklahoma to catch drug dealers, but stole drugs before turning them in! Would rather throw you under the bus than to be responsible for anything or anyone! He was committed to a mental hospital in Oklahoma because he told the police that he killed me. The cops came into my apartment while I was sleeping thinking they would find me dead! He's abusive and I can personally vouch for that! It's all about him and nobody else matters!
