An order was made clear back in Sept. with the understanding that it would arrive in plenty of time for Christmas. Yet here it is, Christmas just around the corner and the items ordered have still to come. An order was made through Basic at the same time and that order arrived two weeks ago. I wonder if Phillip Morris would be willing to write out apologies to each member of my family who won't get a gift this year due to the company's lack of business ethics.

If you accept people's money for an order and say it'll be there in a specific time frame, then you should make sure it's there. Either that or at least contact the person from whom the order came and give them the option of a late shipment date or complete refund of monies if they're unable to wait for the order.
I don't know how other people are going to handle this, but I for one am going to run a trace on the money order sent and contact my lawyer!
