Complaint Review: Phillip Morris Usa

Phillip Morrisphillip Morris Usa sent in miles in sept 2003 on time and complete with photo id received miles back now as books of miles but no catalog to order from received in feb 2004. Richmond Dover Delaware

In Sept. of 2003 I sent in all my miles, plus check for the shipping charges. Didn't hear anything till Feb.2004. Received a letter saying my ID was not with the order. This photo copy of my drivers license was attached with all the other items, including order form. With this letter came my miles, now converted to miles books, also a check for the shipping charges.

This was all fine and dandy but where is the catalog to order from?? Some of the items ordered originally were intended as Christmas gifts. Didn't happen! Also it has just been an aggravating situation, saving miles, filling out forms, packaging, writing a check, photocopying ID, standing in line at the Post Office and waiting for merchandise to arrive that doesn't come.Hey guys you need a better system of handling your Customers!

I have and will probably continue to smoke my usual brand of Marlboro 100's, but I'm sure disappointed in the service provided to all who use your product. Also in the previous campaign catalog order I was sent a letter telling me you had not received my ID, so one more trip to the post office. Thanks
