I hired Phillip Sherman to decorate my home in Westwood. He kept makng excuses ater excuses as to why the place looked so much worse thn when he started. He has cashed my check and refuses to do anything about it. I should have known better than to deal with this guy. hen I first talked to himon the phone I heard screaming in the background and he sad he was fightng with his boyfriend! lol I should have known better.
