You're not the property assessor for years without knowing where your flood zones are. He, as well as citizens tricounty, are nothing but predators in this small community, preying on the lower-income families to fill their pockets, both are in clear violation of predatory lending laws in this state. People with low-incomes and being thrown to the streets have little to give an attorney, so they wind up homeless, with families torn apart.
