I was looking for a CPA course online and i found a thread on Warriorforum about a private caoching program called "Powerful CPA Loopholes Exposed" by Phill Steptoe. I spoke with him and he sold me on his coaching, telling me that all his students are making thousands of dollars and that. Here is one of his comments in one of many conversations i had with this clown :

"I guarantee that will change after this lol

Impossible to lose with this program"

Everything was not true, this guy gave me a bunch of videos with pure crap. i paid for coaching not for videos. He never took the time to have a one on one coaching with me, and the strategies he called "loophole" where pure crap. I was spending over $40-$50 per day and made zero money back. I told him that this was not working and that i was going to file a claim with my bank account, that very moment he got mad and wrote this to me:

"Since you decided to file a chargeback through your bank and not even have the respect to ask for a refund, I'm going to let some very influential people in this industry know to never do business with you. Cheers"

If you find this Idiot online run as fast as you can, he will take your money and give you his crap training. You are better off buying a $5 course on Fiverr.

The REAL Scammer(s)...

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Fri, July 20, 2018

This “customer”, Danny (Warrior Forum username Dannych), ordered a digital course from me on January 15th, 2016. This course came with 30-day money back guarantee, giving Danny 30 days to request a refund. No refund was requested.

About 45-50 days later, I was notified by my payment processor that Danny had filed a “product not received” chargeback with his bank, claiming that he never received access to the product, which was not true. We provided overwhelming evidence to the bank, who ended up siding with us. Please reference the screenshot below where you can see that the bank reviewed Danny’s “claim” and decided that it was not truthful. I had sent a message to Danny letting him know that since he decided to commit chargeback fraud against me, that I was going to let other businesses in our industry know what he had done to protect them from the same situation. You can clearly see that message to him in his post, which is the only factually accurate part of his “report.” However, Danny fails to mention that he committed chargeback fraud, which was the reason for that message.

After realizing that I wasn’t going to be bullied or stolen from, Danny claimed on my Warrior Forum listing that he had downloaded all of my course contents and was willing to send it to other members if they paid this. After reporting this to the Warrior Forum moderators (as what he was threatening to do is highly illegal by selling or giving away my intellectual property), Danny changed the message to state that he would “give” my course/intellectual property away to other members until I had refunded his money. The moderators also removed this message as it is highly illegal to give away others’ intellectual property. I refused to bow to this extortionist’s demands and a few of my other customers jumped in to the thread, letting others know that this guy is the REAL con-artist. Reference the screenshot below, where one of my customers (who still does business with me over 2 years later) responded to Danny’s “claims” on my listing and told the true story that Danny had committed chargeback fraud and was selling my course to other members. From speaking with other Warrior Forum members, apparently he has a reputation for doing this to many digital course sellers online and attempting to cyber-bully or extort them into “paying up,” with just another attempt being this Ripoff Report.

I have an extensive history online, with countless positive experiences to show for it, and it takes less than thirty seconds to find just some of the satisfied customers who have done business with me and my businesses. I highly encourage anyone and everyone to look that up and reference that. There are a few things that I simply don’t tolerate - thieves, bullies, and liars… and Danny accounts for all three. To be quite frank, this individual is very lucky that I haven’t taken legal action against him for his countless threats to myself, my property, and my businesses: including selling my intellectual property without my permission, defamation, and chargeback fraud. I refuse to stoop to his level and would rather leave this rebuttal here for the entire world to see.

Furthermore, Ripoff Report is offering me “services” to remove this listing and is only allowing me to “clear my name” from this extortionist if I pay up (the irony is overwhelming)

I refuse to pay it and have no problem letting this “report” sit here forever for all to see. For all of the other scammers out there like Danny, don’t buy my products with the same malicious goal in mind. You won’t get away with it either and the real truth will be revealed here publicly as well.
