Complaint Review: Phillippe Richard Cookware

I purchased two sets of Phillippe Richard cookware from JC Penny. The original retail price was $149 for each set of cookware, but the doorbuster price was approximately $49 per set and then a rebate was offered on each set. I figured the price was good and the original price seemed high. So if I could get good cookware on sale that would be a real good deal. I was dead wrong. You get what you pay for. I have used one set for less than three months and the coating is already coming off the bottom of the pan. I do not use abrasive utinsils when cooking nor do I use harsh detergents when cleaning. I have gotten better performance out of a regular set of cookware purchased at Walmart. Needless to say I'm very disappointed with this purchase and will never purchase this brand again.
