Phillips 66 tied me that an district manager would call me and that was about 4 months ago. I guess they think it is ok to charge consumer for products and services they never recieved. buyer beware of Phillips 66 in Lenexa Ks 12420 w 95 st store 6159.

Company said they where sorry and sent me $40 in gs gift cards.
