Complaint Review: Phillips4Judge

Phillips4Judge Sent incorrect goods, and incorrect size from an order in May. Now Almost September and they will not admit liability nor do anything to rectify apart from offering me the opportunity to "Trust" them again with a further payment with a 30% discount! China / Internet Internet

This company advertised a product I could not find in the shops.

I ordered in May, a delivery came some weeks later. TOTALLY the wrong product and 3 sizes too small.

The company blame their logistics partner.

Following many emails and promises that they wanted to do something - apart from ship me the right goods. Eventually their best offer was that I pay them 70% of the price again and this time - honeslty, we promise, we are nice people, we will sned you the right product (and I could keep the uselss ones).

I threatened legal action and to publicise them as widely as possible.
