Philly Dealyo Money taken, "vouchers' not valid Phila, Pennsylvania
Philly Dealyo offers "deals" on local businesses. I paid for one with Luxor Lines (also very implicated). Philly Dealyo gave voucher numbers -which were not accepted by the company. They have no phone number, and have not responded to an email inquiry after 10 days.Becuase I paid with paypal =the money is gone, and I have no sheets.
