This establishment has absolutely no concept on customer service.! It was never about paying more we would have left more in tips, it was about being yelled at in your establishment. You need to take a class on management and how to deal with the public instead of allowing your little mommy to yell at your customers apparently you just don't get it

Just by reading their response should show you what customer service they have they want to be right and that's their number one goal so I guess it's worth it to them unprofessional and they keep making excuses for poor service, It was never about paying the money we would have left more and tip it was about being yelled at and the unprofessionalism in your establishment but I can see you don't get it I think you need to take a class on management

So, basically what you are saying is that you added something additional to your order and don't think you should be charged for it. Who do you think should pay for it? When I go to my favourite restaurant and ask for sour cream with something that does not even come with, I am never surprised or outraged to see that I am charged a small fee for sour cream. Why should the restaurant pay for it when I am the one asking for something extra and eating it!
