Complaint Review: Phoenix American Warranty

Phoenix American Warranty Has not returned my money back for a total loss at no fault. My bank has sent several requests and yet no response what so ever!

I was sold this warranty on 10/2014 when I purchased a Nissan Rogue 2010 at Sansone Auto Mall. Was involved in an accident 2/27/2016 considered a total loss at no fault. My bank which is capital one has been trying to contact this company so I can get my money back. It is now June, almost July and no check has been sent.
