This company are nothing but con artists. Had my business on there books for 18 months in this time they only sent one couple to see the business, so decided to take it off the market and then had a bill for 3525, where i was told no sale no fee. Due to me refusing to pay this amount of money started receiving letters from countrywide debt collections demanding payment. Also had threatening conversations over the phone by Zulf Hamid. The final outcome was that i made them an offer of 800 which was accepted, but now wished i had not paid them a penny! should have let them taken me to court where i could have exposed them for over valuating my business so i would put it on there books.
