Complaint Review: Phoenix Consumer Services

These people got me too. They told me all I had to do was give them my bank account number and I was sure to get a credit card. When I asked a friend to find out more info with the lady on the phone she said "Do you want it or not?" When my friend said I need more info she slammed the phone down on him.

They continued to call me and got angry when I said I didn't want it. I closed my bank account and opened another one. Please don't let this happen to you. Never give your account number out EVER!!!!!! I hope someone gets these people so they don't keep getting people and scamming them. By the way the lady's name is Theresa and they have a home answering machine that sounds really unprofessional. DON'T LET THEM GET YOU.....
