Phoenix Gold Credit Card called me on the phone and offered me a credit card with a limit of $500 dollars. In order to receive this card, I had to pay $126. they automatically pulled this $126 out of my account. It has been almost a month and I have not received the credit card. I feel I have been ripped off, and want my money back.
