Complaint Review: Phoenix Hard Parts - Alpine Transmission Supply

Avoid Phoenix Hard Parts under any circumstances. They sell only inoperative and defective transmissions. Their prices are very low but their transmissions are total junk. I paid $1300 for a Ford Explorer Transmission. It was defective when it arrived. I had a Mechanic open the case and examine it. He told me the transmission insides were the old worn out insides from a defective transmission and all Phoenix Hard Parts had done was to clean the outside of the junk transmission and then sell it to me.

The public has finally caught on to Phoenix Hard Parts so they have pretended to go out of business. They changed their name and they are now known as "Alpine Transmission Supply" of Phoenix Arizona. Don't fall for their scam. AVOID.
