I ordered a transmission and was told it would be ready in 4 to 5 days. But like everyone else on this lsit, a week went by and no transmission. I finally called Alex back and told him that I would be at there shop to pick it up in the afternoon and it better be ready.
They finally had it ready and I had it installed at a professional shop only to find out it was locked up and did not work. I had the shop take it to a reputable transmission shop. The tranny shop opened it up to find used and burnt out parts in my newly rebuilt transmission. And that it was not assembled right. I am having the tranny shop rebuild it again at a cost of
$ 1900.00.

I tried to call Phoenix Hard Parts but guess what, they do not answer. They must have caller ID and know not to answer for customers that have bought from them. I will be calling my credit card company to dispute the charges and get my money back that way.

I suggest anyone else in my shoes do the same. I am also going to file a complaint with the Attorney Generals office and the BBB.

I wish I had read this site before going to them to get a transmission.
