Complaint Review: Phoenix Hard Parts - Phoenix Remanufactured Transmissions

My nightmare with PHR is very similar to many others on this site. First the order is about14 days late getting here and I get the run around about when and why it hadnt shipped. second, after installing trans. I find it has aleaky seal due to PHR installing seal backwords. Third, after driving less than 50 miles with new trans.I hear a clunking noise and now trans wont shift until engine red lines.

After taking it to a mechanic he tells me he dropped the pan and foud it was fullof metal shavings. Fourth, now I am trying to return trans for a refund. I cant even get them to return a phone call let alone return my money. If you are ever in Arizona and the heat gets to be too much just look up these guys, they are real SHADY.
