Complaint Review: phoenix lab inc.

Phoenix labs and sheridan labs inc. should be burnt to the ground and their coustomer service rep. sent to jail for lying and fraud. I did the same as the other reports ordered the free sample and was charged for it and automatically enrolled in an auto ship program. Once I realized it I called to cancel and asked for a refund on the second unopened shippment and was told there would be no refund. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and called the company back after my dispute failed and they said I could return the produce and would refund 80% of my money.
Then after sending it off get another email stating they are only refunding $50.00 since it was not done within 30 days of receiving the product, on one of the products and the other they are claiming they never received. Calle UPS and an individual did sign for the second package. So looks like I am SOL and an disappointed that the law lets criminals and scam artist operate in this great country.
