Ongoing correspondence between Ed Magedson the publisher of the RipoffReport.com and the Phoenix New Times Reporter Gilbert Garcia led to the following investigative story in the Phoenix New Times. Link to the complete story is below.
Garcia stated that he had wished that more of the story could have been published. The story could have been a lot longer but things had to get cut. Apparently there were legal issues New Times lawyers were concerned with and space was an issue as well.
