On February 23rd, 2017, a friend and I rented two ATVs from Phoenix Outdoor Adventures (also Full Throttle)

I made all arrangements with a gentlemen by the name of Marshall.

The “Show up and Ride” location and where the actual transaction was located:

My friend and I went through a thorough review of the two vehicles, before pictures were taken before we rode them and I completed a contract.

We returned the vehicles in a timely manner and no damage was incurred. My $600 deposit should have been returned. A month later, there was still a charge on my credit card with no refund. I called the company and spoke with Marshall. He said there was an oversight and he would take care of it that day. Again, a few weeks later…no refund. I called back, texted and email’d. No response. I looked on YELP and it appears this has been happening to several customers. I figured the company was going out of business but upon further review, this has happened last year to customers as well. 

I contacted BBB and they followed through with no response from Phoenix Outdoor Adventures. I understand now that BBB is only effective if the company is associated with the BBB. I then contacted the Tempe police department, since the company essentially stole $600 from me. I am a special ed teacher in Sacramento, CA and I work hard for my money. I visited a friend in Arizona and was excited to try a pricey but exciting adventure. We had a great time and that is what was so difficult to understand what was happening. I just want my money back.

 My next step is with you, my credit card company and then maybe a class action suit. But I have never been through a process like this. I just need help trying to expose this company that is making me doubt human decency. Please help me and others get our money back and prevent this company from doing it to other unsuspecting victims. I feel so helpless.
