Complaint Review: Phoenix Phouthavong

Phoenix Phouthavong Theft from NSW Department of Communities and Justice Sydney N.SW.

Phoenix Phouthavong used to work as a client service officer for the NSW Department of Communities and Justice. He was subsequently fired from this position due to stealing thousands of dollars worth of stationary and office supplies.

When applying for new jobs Phoenix uses fake referrees (who are usually his friends or family members), whom he presents to potential employers as his previous manager/supervisor.

He is a very deceptive individual who appears softly spoken and courteous, but he has engaged in constant theft throughout his years of work. If you are a currently considering employing Phoenix, my suggestion is to do a proper search of his previous place of employment and find out who is real manager/supervisor was, and get a referree check from them, before you consider hiring him.

Phoenix also had an affair, that's another reason why he left the job

Phoenix was being unfaithful to his wife, that was the other reason he was let go. This caused massive contrversy at work with HR and when Phoenix's contract was up, it was not renewed. I have a screenshot of the sms, with his number only partially revealed.
