Note:
Free riders who earn a living off the backs of hard working American consumers. They collect for (allegedly) unpaid apartment leases, damge, or in many cases, bogus claims sent to them by apartment managers looking to pad their bottom lines. Owner Frand G. Gamboa and his spouse appear to earn a good living from unpaid leases that they place in consumer credit files.

Their home on Rockbrook Cove in San Antonio is estimated to be worth more than $327,000. The money Frank earns is paid in part, because he is legally allowed to place information into consumer credit files. Most consumers would be shocked to learn that:
a) Paying Phoenix/Tolteca will not get it removed, you may (be lucky) to get it shown as paid.
b) Gamboa is under no mandate federal or sdtate that says he must report the information.
c) His collectors will lie and say it cannot be removed, truth is that is can be removed at anytime.
d) Many debt collectors use the credit reporting bureaus as a tool of extortion to take money they may not be owed or entitled to in exchange for showing an item is paid.

Why should Frank & Elizabeth Gamboa get a free ride off the backs of the hard working American consumer?
Who is he to decide that screwing your credit is okay as long as he gets paid?
Why should debt collection owners feel a sense of entitlement just because they too screw with consumers?

The Frank Gamboa's of this world are part of the massive problem of allowing snakes screw up your credit just so they can make money at your expense. It should not be allowed, Gamboa should be held accountible for those he harms.

They place accounts in credit files -will not delete for payment -yet feel an entitlement to screw with you -your family -lifestyle, money & credit rating.  Consumers may be shocked to learn that "private" collectors such as this are not mandated by any state or federal law to place their information into your credit files. It is an elective decision based on the theory that they can take (extort?) your money based on those accounts -which may be bogus.

They may be the reason you are being forced to pay higher interest rates-unable to obtain loans -or possibly caused that job offer to slip by.

These debt collectors are not creditors, never gave any goods or services. Let them know how you feel by voicing your opposition to their "perceived right" to get a free ride off the backs of hardworking consumers.
