Complaint Review: Phoenix Remanufactured Transmission

I purchased a rebuild transmission through Phoenix Remanufactured Transmission because I thought it was a great deal. Transmission arrived 4 weeks later. Phoenix had sent me a wrong transmission. I returned the transmission promptly.

Try to contact Phoenix but nobody answered the phone or eMail. I become suspicious and googled the company. I should of done that sooner.
Now I am left without a transmission and without money.

This company and it's owner are complete scams and the Arizona Attorney General's Office needs to investigate how many consumers have been taken by these companies and their owner.
